Bookings of up to 5 hotel rooms per night are considered individual guests. Bookings of more than 5 hotel rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to the cancellation conditions for seminars or banquets.
Rebooking or cancellation for an individual guest is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations or no-shows at shorter notice will be charged at 100%.
The booker is liable to the hotel for damage to the furnishings or inventory and for losses caused by him or his guests. The hotel declines all responsibility for theft of and damage to objects, clothing and materials brought into the hotel. The hotel accepts no liability for valuables deposited in the mini-safe.

The rate for a guaranteed early check in a reserved room is 100 % of the room price.
The price for a day use is 100 % of the room price minus CHF 20 per guest.
The room reservation is final only with the indication of the postal address of the booker or a valid credit card. The credit card will only be charged with any extras on the day of arrival. If you have opted for the "non-refundable rate", your credit card will be charged at the time of booking and the amount charged will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The prices are per guest per night including a hearty breakfast from the buffet and access to the lido. The price includes VAT, taxes, outdoor parking and internet access. Excluding guest tax. Prices are subject to change.
The hotel charges in Swiss francs (CHF). Invoices are sent exclusively within Switzerland and must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date. There will be no discounts granted.
The surrounding parking spaces are available to hotel guests free of charge. It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
All hotel rooms and public areas are smoke-free.
Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Sursee.
