Hans-Ueli Zwimpfer is a qualified master fisherman. Since 1502 his family has had the right to fish on Lake Sempach. The young entrepreneur now runs the family business with around four employees in the 13th generation. For decades now, the Seefischerei Zwimpfer has been supplying the Sonne Seehotel with freshly caught fish - mostly whitefish - among other things. Our terrace is open in fine and dry weather for external visitors as well as for hotel guests from 10am - 9pm, our restaurant remains closed for external guests until further notice.
