Hans-Ueli Zwimpfer is a qualified master fisherman. Since 1502 his family has had the right to fish on Lake Sempach. The young entrepreneur now runs the family business with around four employees in the 13th generation. For decades now, the Seefischerei Zwimpfer has been supplying the Sonne Seehotel with freshly caught fish - mostly whitefish - among other things.
